Vietnam Team Update 2

July 4, 2012 3 Comments Share

Yesterday, we went to the Rach Gia district and assembled 50 wheelchairs at a low-income medical clinic. The team assembled all 50 chairs in 30 minutes before the ceremony started. We met a young boy who had lost his foot from the machines in the field just a month a go. The team was able to pray over him and his mother after they lifted him into his brand new wheelchair! Many of the wheelchair recipients were too sick to make it to the ceremony and their families didn’t have the support structure to get there either. We left the wheelchairs at the medical clinic and Pastor Vu and the Red Cross workers will deliver the wheelchairs themselves. Stay posted for more updates!

Hi team! I love looking at all your pictures and reading about the great works you are doing through Christ. Each one of you was hand selected to do wonderful things for his Kingdom! Stay healthy and happy and bring home some amazing stories for us! P.S. Shanny, I love the picture of the elderly woman giving you a headlock. Ha-ha so much LOVE!
